"Reaching For Rainbows"
Special Needs Kid's Fishing Derby:

This derby is held for children in Russell & Clinton counties with severe physical and/or mental disabilities. Pre-registration is conducted through the local school districts and is required for attendance.
In 2010, nearly every child caught a fish, and all participants received a medallion and a t-shirt.
